SHAME THERE IS NO NEGATIVE RATING.
It is over a year (I was told it would take about 3 months) since I asked them to restore a company for me and nothing happened. I have to chase every email 2-3 times until I get a reply from them and 4/5 replies are standard responses, completely unrelated to my specific request. Promise to call back and never do. People on the phone --completely clueless, until I finally was given the direct number to a "supervisor" who seemed to know what he was talking about, but still no progress, despite his promise to keep it under his control. He promised to start the whole progress again (I am sure nothing had been done within a year, well, he suggested the same) a month later called him again and only then I was sent to documents to be signed. I have been progress chasing it for two months now and nobody is giving me an answer as to what is happening with my company restoration; I mean I simply do not get a reply to any e-mails, as if I was blocked.
