Purchased a new 2019 Audi. I had a warning light come on driving home from the dealer.

After 3 trips back to the dealer and multiple
phone calls that I had to initiate every time, i finally got the issue resolved. But my salesperson Luma never returned my phone call after explaining the situation and insinuated that I was lying. I left her voicemail messages and followed up with phone calls and was told that she was very busy. I have never hears back from her.
Denny in service was extremely rude and non responsive. Never addressed me when I brought the car in - just took my paperwork and walked away. Never even acknowledged me.
I absolutely love my car but I would NEVER EVER recommend Audi Mission Viejo.
