It is with extreme gratitude that i write this review to an organization that has learned to hone in on the most important attributes of an organization, one that particularly has become a thing of the past!...WORLDS BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
I was referred by a friend who also spoke very highly of her experiences with the Transtar staff and i was not disappointed in any way.

From the sales contact Scott, to Lindsey in Customer Care and the "Boys" (David, Brent and Dwayne), i was never concerned, had questions, or was treated with the kindness and compassion that many forget to simply provide another when servicing customers! The "Boys" were more than accommodating and went above and beyond in so many ways, as i was alone moving and was sick, overwhelmed, and very tired!

I commend the owners, managers, and staff at Transtar Moving Systems as it is a rare find to experience all facets of a companies organization and truly feel you received such EXCEPTIONAL CARE AND SERVICE!
