The computer case lasted for 2.5 years. Then had the inner fabric cracked in several places, the zipper is broken and shoulder strap one bracket loose. When I contacted them, they replied that it was sad that the bag did not meet my expectations. Bad product - disastrous customer management. Choosing another brand this time!
