I want to give a ZERO but won't let me! Have delivery from UK, was supposed to ship a week prior to leaving on a trip (which I wanted this for)... Friday, arrived at sorting center (shipment put on hold) - called Monday asking why, needed address confirmation (which I already gave) so I gave again. Tuesday, shipment on hold again until I questioned and then advised will ship same day (Tuesday - nothing so called and confirmed for Wednesday shipment advising this was a business address). Wednesday, they claimed "refused by customer" - I was at the address all day, WITH a shipper & receptionist all expecting this delivery! BUNCH OF LIARS, nobody "tried" to delivery anything! It's now Thursday, I called again... customer service was zero help. I wasted too much time already just trying to get a box delivered, I asked for the address of pick-up and getting it myself next week... since I am leaving the country this afternoon (as they knew)! Save yourself a headache and go with ANY other shipping company.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
