Decided on this hotel due to location. We didn't make reservations and were told at front desk we would have to book online on their website in order to receive the room we wanted. Their website quoted $117 if we would have booked at the desk it would've been $387. Staff was mediocre, first told they could not accommodate my service dog, after telling them I was willing to pay the pet fee since it's a pet friendly hotel, finally manager allowed it after sitting in lobby for over an hour waiting to hear from him. Very disappointed in room, tv didn't work, strange renovation decisions bathroom light switch outside the bathroom. Would recommend checking out the four seasons across the street.
