Similar experience to Tammy s! I sent an email with photos and detailed measurements. I needed two cabinets made to match existing. They never responded to the email, so I called. Without even referencing my email, with details and photos, she told me that because my house was 20y old, they wouldn t do it. She then referred me to another company. Is this a cabinet company or a referral service?! I will definitely let my painter know so that he doesn t refer any other customers here to waste their time.
