After a failed warranty claim (manufacturer did not want to correct his mistake), I went to Mr. Reissenberger to somehow solve the matter.

To say it in advance: the matter was solved to my satisfaction. After complaining, the manufacturer broke in.

That's why I'm very satisfied overall. Not only because of the positive outcome for me, but also because of other circumstances.
For example. I was in the office three times. The appointments were all relatively short notice, without much waiting to be scheduled.
The other communication was also excellent, since modern means of communication (e-mail) are used. E-mail inquiries were answered quickly, and with new information, I always got an e-mail with the information sent.
I always felt good and competent advice.

Accordingly, I can recommend Mr. Reissenberger unreservedly because of the reasons given above.
