Are you kidding me? Arriving from London was a nightmare. Four customs desks open out of what looked to be at least eight. Thousands of people queuing right up the stairwell. To couple this, customs officer was rude, on a power trip and unbelievably slow. Flying home, just as bad. Took over an hour to get through security. Hardly any lanes open. Sort it out! This is your peak holiday season and this is not acceptable.
