Had an appointment for 11:45 and my service advisor, David Connell, checked me in very promptly. He is very courteous and very informative of what services my vehicle was due for. When my vehicle was ready, he quickly located me in lobby to inform and I was on my way.
Mr. Connell has been my service advisors many times before and I always enjoy working with him.
