I ordered a piece from this company. I made a mistake and accidentally clicked on the wrong color and didn't realize my mistake til after I got my confirmation. When I realized what I'd done, I emailed them to ask if they could please fix it for me. They contacted me and said they would try to locate my order and see if they could fix it. Long story short, they are fixing it and have contacted me several times to let me what the status of my order is. I would get recommend them.
