The lady's that were there night of the 27th were super nice. However Me, My wife and our two little ones were there one night on the 25th floor in a suite and when we got to our room we couldn't get in because the sensor for the door key needed to be changed so we waited outside our room for 15 minutes until maintenance got there. Then next morning I leave to go get Dunkin Donut's down the street and I walk back in with a box of donuts and two Coffees and the guy at the desk says delivery's go right over there. I said I'm a guest here. He gave me a rude look. I will not be back to this hotel anytime soon. Key pad should of been checked before we arrived, and the guy at the desk was extremely rude for just assuming I was a delivery person because I was in shorts and a sweatshirt. Nice place but bad service
