the service is good, we stayed in family room 2km by using member accors belonging to one of our relatives, there were no problems when checking in, actually it was made easier, not difficult, even I could check in before the schedule. Very happy to stay here. the kids club doesn't need to add its activities to make it more interesting. It has its own beach club and private beach but the location is rather far if walking, but there is a free shuttle every 15 minutes, it's okay. I think the waves are great when I'm there. there is also a free shuttle to the Bali Collection area, one of the shopping areas in Nusa Dua.
