Great people. Instead of avoiding looking at a recall of our Rav4, they determined that our vehicle was not in the engine recall. We had a rocky start with the purchase of our vehicle because the salesman was not very informed about the vehicle. When the car came in we got another salesperson (Bee) who made up for the first. We have always used Mike Johnson's for service even when we lived in Florida. They have always been honest and caring for our needs. My daughter is looking for a new vehicle and of course we recommended this dealership
