The lady that helped me was very nice. The 2 others I talked to by phone to try to figure out what's going on were not. That's about all I can say after being charged almost 800 dollars in tolls, that we were originally told were 400 dollars, for what we can tell from the printout, for maybe 60 real dollars of tolls. The rest appear to be "ghost" tolls and late fees. None of the numbers add up. And the months showing where we "used" the tolls the most are missing from the print out. They say they mailed over 30 invoices to us, OVER 2 YEARS, and we have received ZERO. They showed me a print out of the last 1 they mailed and it was for $10.60 - .60 in tolls $10.00 in administration fees. If I owed over $700 why are they sending me an invoice for $10.60? I he various printouts saying all different totals. And none of them add up to the amount or show we actually used the tolls that much. I found out about "owing" this when I went to renew my registration. CRIMINAL. SCAM.
