Home delivery order: the boss made a mistake in the order. We called to claim, he asked us to return the box of sushi to supposedly "feed it to his delivery men" so that it would not be lost. There follows a completely bewildering telephone discussion full of bad faith on the part of the manager, which ends with a very disturbing implication "It is not because I am Asian that I do not understand what you are telling me sir ". Regular customer, I am still in shock. Never again.
