I purchased a used car from Illini Nissan during the freezing cold weather of the past winter with the help of Barbara Castellari, Nissan's Internet Sales Consultant. She made the experience easy and enjoyable! Because of the extremely cold temperatures at the time of purchase, we couldn't adequately check out the air conditioner in the car, and when I attempted to use the AC this spring, I found it wasn't cooling properly. I talked to the service department, who promptly got the car in for service, diagnosed the problem and then fixed the issue.

Although it had been over 3 months since I purchased the car, Illini Nissan courteously took care of the problem at no charge to me and I greatly appreciated that. Because of the time elapsed, this review could have had a little different ending, and I feel I was treated very fairly. I appreciate their integrity.
