I recently had a need for a truck for our business. I was referred to McCoy & Mills Ford from few of the trusted sources. So I went and engaged with this dealership.

The end to end process took a few days. This is not because of McCoy & Mills Ford. It was because I needed to work through my own tendency to buy foreign made cars. My sales person (Paul Smock) was there for me and made me feel at ease at every step. He let me go for few days to work out what I needed to work out, even we had the details of the deal all drawn out.

To me, this is good customer service. Giving me room to work things out at the risk of losing the deal. Well, I had my truck for the past 2 weeks and I don't regret it for a moment. McCoy is a local business to me. As a small business myself, I will do my part to support it in the ways I can. I know where I will go when we need our next vehicle - for the business and personally.
