Bad car purchased experience! When we point out the defects on the used car, they said they will fix them. I'm not sure if they will keep their words, so I asked them write the defects we find out and write their promise. I also told them the bad experience previous I had in other dealer. They said they were not that dealer, they'll keep their words and admit what they wrote. But, once the vehicle is purchased, they didn't do anything on fixed the defects. I try to argue with the manager and the manager just yell to me saying that what do you want when you are buying a used vehicle. Their face is totally different just after you pay your vehicle.

Besides, they were very very unprofessional about the license plate registration. They said the vehicle will keep using the old plates which in the trunk. I asked them can they send the request of new plate, they said that's California DMV policy, so they cannot process that. So I registered my vehicle in company, my apartment under the old plate number. But there is a new plate mail to me from DMV with a totally different plate number, I had to change all the number from all where I registered.

Since I move to my new home a week after I did the purchase, I ask them if they can send request to DMV changing my address. They said yes but the plate is still mailing to my old address.

I really doubt their performance in selling vehicle!

In additional, they didn't even give a free oil change which is common for any vehicle purchased.

So unless your dream vehicle only be available at their shop, I strongly do not recommend you go to Volvo Palo Alto buying the vehicle!
