Over promised, undelivered and left not wanting to...

Over promised, undelivered and left not wanting to go back.
I had been several times before with great hair and nail service but the last 2 times I was there has made me decide to never return.
This last time I had gone for the Silk Touch Straightening Treatment. The stylist said my hair would be straight, he even joked about it being flat and the straightest it has ever been. The very nice woman at the counter had even told me that she had had it done and was soooo happy with the result, so I was super excited. After waiting the appropriate time to wash, I washed it and was so disappointed it didn t look any different then it had before.
I called to let them know the results and they asked me to come back in to speak to the owner and the stylist that had done my treatment, and that they would make it right. Well I just came home from that appointment and what I got was, it is a smoothing agent, I never said it would make it straight. So what do you want from me? You want me to do it again or a cut or colour, or your money back? I had just been there two weeks prior for a the treatment and a cut so asked for my money back for the service.
The stylist went to speak to the manager and said all they would refund was for half because they had to pay for the product.
I paid $250 either for a product that doesn t work like I had promised or the application wasn t done properly as I was told it would leave my hair straight and it didn t.
Lesson learned, don t go back for an expensive service after they last time you went for a cut and colour, they stylist forget to cut my hair.
