Santiago's should be on Diners, Drive Ins and Dives! Small, simple Mom and Pop (plus adult children) run this little restaurant in the NE Heights. They are open for breakfast and lunch. One of the best green chile cheeseburgers in New Mexico - the guacamole burger on a white flour tortilla. Yum!!! All of the New Mexican food that I have tried at Santiago's over the past 11 years is delicious. If you want a great biscochito, our New Mexico state cookie, they sell a small bag of mini cookies for a nominal price for you to munch on, on your way back to work or home. Great customer service by all...they wait on you hand and foot after you have placed your order at the front counter.
