Horrific. Rude employees from the moment I checked...

Horrific. Rude employees from the moment I checked into the ER. They let my condition get worse as I was in the ER. They have NO comparison or empathy for hurting people. I would have for better care at a Veterinarian. My vet has more live and sympathy for my dog then this place has for people. Worse experience of any hospital. And I m suppose to trust them with my procedure. Never again will I come here and you shouldn t either. Took 8 hours to get a room.
