From March 2014 I try to solve a SERIOUS problem caused by one of their readers. This morning I went once again to the desk to deliver a written complaint. The clerk at the desk was nothing short of rude, and arrogant as a person in charge of a job in contact with the public can NOT be absolutely !! She also refused to give me the registration number, the "lady", because she was the other side of the glass. But if the workstations are fixed, avoid, if you succeed, the frustrated at desk 28! How disgusting!! Is this my country?
