Food poor mostly not fresh. Flies everywhere in the restaurant at your table on the food imagine all the germs you are confronted being in this resort. Staff speaks poorly English. Reception mostly rude. WIFI not free you should buy cards for 1 hour for 2 cucs. WIFI connection poor and needs many try and error times to connect and just in the lobby. Pool not suited for swimming since the height is too low. Nice beach and big rooms A/C works well. Bars are good. Staff is usually slow with orders. They also have a so-called royal club indicating of having a two-class guest categories which is not nice. However 3 stars is the maximum stars this resort deserves in my opinion.
