I took my daughter to visit. While we were browsing, a group of people walked over next to us. A red haired female guide started to tell about the puppets and we listened in to learn. The woman stopped talking, turned to us and rudely said "THIS IS A PAYING TOUR, YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED!!". I was shocked. We never knew their was a tour to participate it (paying or not) and the woman brought the group in next to us and just started talking. Funny thing is, as we moved away to each section to view, the woman still was walking within earshot with her "not allowed" tour group. Crazy people.
