old building, carpet looks grumpy.

No quilt on the bed!!.....Only a NAKED fleece blanket, without white sheet.

Breakfast is motel grade: canned fruit, supermarket bakery.
If you are not coming for conference, pick another hotel.

After talking to the reception, I lower this rating to one star ..... Very unfriendly attitude when I told her about the missing of quilt/duvet , and that my colleague's room does have one.
The housekeeping lady later fixed the bed and apologized, whom i really appreciated.
