Beware if your elderly parents end up in this facility. We were encouraged by all of the marketing...5 star reports blah blah blah. What we experienced would not even qualify for one star. Perhaps the stars represent what their residents are seeing as they are being overly medicated! Upon taking our mother out of this facility, we found out that they quadrupled the medication she was taking for her dementia! They also changed other meds without consultation or notification. This is elder abuse! We saw our mother in a state of neglect. At a 3 pm visit we found our mother undressed (in a hospital gown) no glasses, and her dentures out of her mouth and in a glass across the room while her lunch sat untouched on her bedside tray. The caregivers we spoke to were defensive, overworked and not caring. Look beyond the marketing, this facility is horrible!
