The LTS company fails to add topsoil to its new homes. Instead, you get a quick covering with low quality grass seed and builders mulch. The grass comes up, but within a year a lot is dead, and the rocks are still there. The lawn becomes a rock garden, if you like that, and the lawn care mowers curse every time a rock hits the blade of their machine. They will only cut on very high profile (leaving any grass a few inches tall). Grass can t grow on rocks.
