.. Service Department is very DISHONEST. I had the check engine light on with 1 code coming up p0601 so i went for a diagnostic on my Dodge Ram 5.9 2003. I was told my airbags had a recall that they will fix it for free that it will that a few hours. They kept my truck for 3days. Once i received my truck back i realized they broke my dashboard doing the recall airbags then when i check the codes it had 2more code it didn't have.. p0505 and a oxigen sensor i just had replaced.
Once i posted this i got contact buy the dealership they PROMISE to make thing right so i took down the post and went back and it was even a WORST EXPERIENCE than the first they kept my truck 3 more day then replaced my dash board but did a half fast job they covered my radio and left missing parts on the dash. Once i ask why is there parts missing THEY TOLD ME I SHOULD BE GRATEFUL.. I THINK ITS VERY DISRESPECTFUL.. i took my truck to get fix with my dash intact and THEY BROKE MY DASHBOARD and didn't fix it the right way.. management want me to bring it back Monday for the 3rd time but I LOST ALL TRUST in this place. They should of had done it right the first time and NOT HAVE A COSTEMER LOSING TIME AND MONEY.....DON'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE.
