Worst experience ever. I was looking at used Toyota's, had sales person get price for camery and came back with manager. Both worked as team to quote camery price, I said too much they said what would you offer, I said $ plus 20% , they were offended and there volume increased in voices. They went on to tell me it had cost extra to repair car and wanted to pass it on to the customer, I said it was not my falt the car had unexpected cost, this had inferiated them and further the volume and I was unable to respond. The whole sales floor was looking over at the sales cube nearest the coffee maker station. By this time I was feeling vulnerable by the salesperson and his manager from the further anger and hostilities in the teamed up voices that l had to excuse my self before I felt they would have jumped or attack me physically. I would never give them my business again or nor would I ever recommend anyone to due with this dealership as long as I am able.
