This service sucks,paid with credit card and the service was never used. The inmate was released And I called them to let Secured know that inmate was released And never the service to refund my amount ,they told me that the refund don't alone to me, regardless if I use my credit card,inmate has to go to Western Union to fill out a form to get the refund. Wow
