For many of us, when our computer fails, it constitutes a mini-crisis. Yes, I have a backup, but my workflow is seriously interrupted without my primary laptop in action.

The staff is knowledgable, tech savvy and able to communicate - the last two are less common than you might expect.

The management of the place is structured so that one employee can easily fill in for another when they are off work. I honestly hope they do not change because of reviews like this. This place is close to my ideal business for the service it provides. And they guarantee their work.
