I bought a house last year and did all the paperwork myself...that was a disaster! If you don't want the hassle of sending the bank the same document 5 times within a week or calling them once a day to see if someone is looking into your loan, definitely get an agent! And I would recommend Chlv Group, Inc to anyone and have already to two of my friends! We worked with Chay and he couldn't have made the experience any more pleasant. He was very reachable and always got back to us same day. He gave us advice from his experiences but I never once felt pressured into taking it and he was very accommodating to our preferences. We ran into some issues with the bank about our pool, not due to Chay's fault, but because banks are so crazy with their requirements now and Chay assisted the whole way. I felt he really cared and is straight forward. And when time is of the essence, that's exactly what you need.
