Lou's is the real deal, the original deep-dish, Chicago-style pizza. We were introduced to Lou's by a Chicago native, when we told her we wanted to go to Giordano's for lunch; she said, "No way. I'm taking you to Malnati's!" This location is the first Lou Malnati's restaurant, and you can tell by the decor; it's a bit dated, but clean, and the staff are awesome. You should check it out, but go early and plan ahead, because it takes about 30-40 minutes to bake one of these pizzas!
