This is the second year and last year we use Kodiak! The first year their service was good, this year not at all!! I only gave them one star for answering their phones. This year we've had 2 major snow falls and on the first one we had to call for service, this time they haven't come at all! When i called i just got a bunch of boo-hoo about the amount of snow and they kept trying to say they had already been by. Not so! We had to shovel out a few feet of snow in the am to get out and at 445 we still had not seen service! Not worth their fee. FYI capital snow removal had passed 3 times in the same time period.
