Greg Athans, the Director of Executive Placement, reached out to me via LinkedIn in regards to a potential position that matches my background. The interview process was long and thorough, but I made it through 4 rounds of interviews.

Greg was responsive throughout, until the final stage. Once I completed the last stage of the interview process, I never heard from Greg Athans again. I reached out via phone, text and email, but received no response. I can accept that I did not get the job, what I cannot accept is the unprofessionalism displayed here. As soon as it was apparent that I did not get the job, I was dead to Greg. As a recruiter, having uncomfortable rejection conversations is part of the job. To completely ignore me is unprofessional and unacceptable.

I would recommend you stay away as far away from possible from Greg Athans and Marquee Staffing Company, they only care about the commission, they don't care about you.
