This council is a complete joke. I have my planning permission for a simple extension pending with them since May and every time I call they just keep delaying and delaying further.

The fact that they have 1.6 stars with nearly 60 reviews is proof of how bad their services are.

@ the gentlemen saying that they only listen to complaints from minority ethnic people, let me clarify that they JUST DONT LISTEN TO ANY COMPLAINTS WHATSOEVER, regardless of who complains.
