Not very helpful perhaps they are short staffed but they made me wait 1 hour so they could tell me that the pet we wanted was already adopted. I tried to leave sooner but they took my ID and I had to wait and wait and wait. I think it's a great thing they do for pets but I will not be adopting from them.
