We had a bit of a scare a little over a month ago ...

We had a bit of a scare a little over a month ago when the original bank who was providing our home loan wasn't making it happen. We decided to pull the plug and initiated a new home loan process with Steven Spears at First National Bank of America. Steven got us to close in just 28 days. From the beginning, Steven was straight forward, honest, and best of all, our interest rate was exactly what he said it was going to be from the beginning and our closing costs came in less than what was originally stated.

Additionally, Mallory Herrera was a crucial asset in the process. She was incredibly detail oriented and was even willing to go to bat for us when our home insurance company was quoting us an absurd rate.

All being said, Steven and Mallory made it happen and my wife and I are now in our forever home.
