I had purchased recliners from star company which was delivered in the month of March 2020. But after 5 months I called them to resolve the recliner botton problem. The official Mr. Ajit Jaiswar himself attended as there were no technicians available due to covid lockdown. I really appreciate the service provided by the star company. When he came here he explained that it was jammed due to non use of the button and it was absolutely fine and had no problem at all. Still without losing any temper he attended the complaint and explained each and every function in detail once again. Thanks to him, to be so considerate even during lockdown period.
