I have used and have had a service agreement wit CBS for about 4 - 4 1/2 years I believe and have not ha an issue that wasn't promptly addressed and to my satisfaction as well the do what they say they'll do. I wouldn't hesitate to replace any of our machines with theirs if given the opportunity.
