Overall, things went well, but there were a couple of stumbling blocks. I bought a used, Ford Certified F150. That means it was thoroughly inspected and repaired before being put on sale. However, the brakes were faulty, and had to have the front rotators replaced before I took delivery. I hope they didn t miss anything else big. Another item was that the Sync software was not updated when I picked up the truck as it was supposed to be, necessitating another service visit. The staff were friendly, and it was one of the few times I bought a vehicle where I thought I was dealt with fairly. I was able to walk out with my dignity in tact.
