This 5star hotel is everything
comfortable. But only one problem have.
In front desk employees are show you really
doubtful service . They are bad attitude, behavior for customer and not prepare for conversation with customer. That's not problem about language. Actually family mart cashier will be better than them. If someone read this message ex)senior position in Hilton, please be reconsider about service education. Employees have no intention for cconvenient service to customers.
