NBN were not able to complete installation and iinet expects me to get the problem rectified meanwhile delaying installation for three months. How can I know what the problem is let alone get it fixed. Hence they are stalling on refund while I continue to have no broadband. Refunded me $15.00 out of $75.00 paid but service is now ceased.
