CORPORATE / BUSINESS MOVE - I DO NOT RECOMMEND using BLM for a corporate or business move. BLM missed our move window by four hours and blamed it on previously scheduled moves. We learned after the fact that BLM scheduled multiple emergency moves over top of the regularly scheduled moves on 6/7/19 instead of showing up on time for our corporate move. We have used Big League for three corporate moves. During the first move they damaged our conference room table. At first they denied it but we had pictures of the condition just prior to the move and after we showed the moving crew the pictures they admitted the table was dropped. BLM paid to have the table repaired. The second time we had a perfect move and everything went smoothly. The move that was performed today was terrible. They initially quoted us a flat rate of $1,250 to move furniture on our floor and some furniture in a small storage area. We advised BLM they charged us $139 per hour (3 man team) just three weeks ago and they agreed to charge us by the hour. They arrived long after the window of time promised for our move and initially only two movers showed up. We reserved a 4 person team. Instead of starting the move the two movers waited outside for over an hour until the other two crew members arrived. The management team is unresponsive and I would not trust them to timely perform a corporate move. Management was very evasive about why they were so late for our move but we overheard the crew discussing how many teams were pulled away from regularly scheduled jobs for emergency moves. I would not trust this company to perform services. The crew that finally arrived to perform the move was polite, respectful and efficient. I cannot express any opinion as to their ability to perform residential services.
