I cannot say enough positive things about Northside team member, Art Wiencken. He recently helped me purchase a home in the Triangle while I communicated with him from Ohio. He's professional, thorough, prompt, and I never doubted for a moment that he had my best interests foremost in mind. He guided me through the process with great skill and is very familiar with relevant North Carolina laws and procedures, about which I knew very little. He's also a very nice guy who's happy to take the time to explain things in plain language. He made the buying experience easy for me and I would highly recommend his services to anyone buying or selling in the area.
