You call up to report problem and they just say "Don't know... I'll get someone to call you back" (no call back) or "I've passed the message on, the person who deals with this will be in touch" (no one gets is in touch). Emails are ignored. Basically you are ignored. Any way of retaliating will just cause your living environment to be a mess so if you're unlucky enough to be a resident then join the club of unhappy customers
