Would give 0 stars if I could. I cleaned this place top to bottom and still had unexpected charges onto my security deposit. Charged for the replacement of window screens that were literally never touched by us and were in the SAME CONDITION when we started our lease. It's like the check-in condition form didn't even matter and you have to be a mind reader to figure out what they are gonna replace next. they will USE YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT AS A PIGGY BANK TO UPDATE/REPLACE THINGS THAT DEGRADE AS THE YEARS GO ON. The lease says they will take carpet cleaning out, so that's fine, but the other charges were absurd. DON'T RENT HERE IF YOU CAN HELP IT, JUST ANOTHER STINGY LANDLORD LOOKING TO NICKEL AND DIME LOW INCOME TENANTS, as if they didn't make enough money from rent already, jesus...
