They checked someone else in to the same room I was in. Someone showed up the my room while my Fiancee is sleeping. This is very dangerous. The next day morning maintenance just walked in without even knocking while we are getting ready to leave. I said we are not checked out yet and come back later. Then the security showed up to my room and said the system says I already checked out. Finally the front desk called me and said there was a problem in their system and apparently the room was not under my name and the room was listed as an open room. How can the system mess up like that? This is very dangerous when random people start walking into your room. I will never go to a Sheraton again.
