Terrible service and very poor value. Able Group does not live up to its self proclaimed quality. Certainly not in my case
I thought I would give them a try as I have a number of buy to let properties in London and sometimes service / expertise is more important than price.

Two men turned up who were nice enough guys but gave me no confidence they were in any sense the experts that that justified such charges.

Before they started I had hot water but couldn t turn off the water to the radiators - although I could turn them off individually. I was assure they would leave me with hot water. Their main concern it seemed was to get paid for the visit.
They didn t leave the hot water working ( I m now having to use the back up immersion heater ) and the office never rang to arrange to order the part or with any follow up .
I ve heard nothing since . A complete waste of time and money.
